20. Delivery:
In order to make sure you receive your lovely order, we make use of a company or
service that transports commercial packages. The transportation cost of your
package is as follows:
Remote areas = R160 – (Delivery may take 7 – 10 working days)
Principle Central Areas = R100 – (Delivery may take 1 – 3 working days)
PostNet Courier (PostNet2PostNet) service– Country Wide Delivery= R99 –
(Delivery may take 3 – 5 working days dependent on the district you reside in)
We know that our product are loved across the globe, therefore we deliver internationally:
We make use of a well thought of courier service that will handle your parcel with care until you
receive it. You will receive a quotation on the fixed price that will be determined when ordering
and may take roughly 10-15 working days. Please take note that global shipping rates do not
include any Customs/Duty taxes.
21. Exchanges and Returns
o If the product is in the same condition as it was when received, Baruch will
organise the transmittal process with a fee of R100 to be charged for the
exchange or return of the product. Should you wish to exchange or return a
product purchased within 30 days, we will gladly exchange or return them for you
if the product(s) complies to the following conditions:
▪ The product(s) are unworn or unused with all original, sealed packaging
and tags attached
▪ There is valid proof of purchase, i.e. till slip or gift receipt.
Please note that international exchanges or returns will be charged and quoted separately.

22. Order Tracking
Monitor your delivery with the order details that will be provided after parcel is sent
off.
23. Payment
Please note that your parcel will only be sent off for delivery once full payment is
received.
24. Ordering
Even in the unfortunate event of not having your item in immediate stock, you can
gladly go ahead with the order and Baruch will produce the specific item for you!
Please be aware that the start of the production of your product up until the finish of
the specific product may take up to 4 weeks. You will be requested to pay for your
order beforehand. The collection and delivery of your order may take between 1-3
working days from the date that the payment is processed. Kindly understand that
the 4 weeks of production does not include courier collection and delivery dates.
25. Communications and feedback
Baruch will contact you on the number/email you have provided with your order in
the unlikely event of a hold-up or difficulty with your order.
26. Leather and returns
Most of Baruch’s designs consists of leather. Leather naturally contains the quality of
being different, divergent, or inconsistent. If you perhaps see slight blemishes,
discoloration or change in the appearance of your leather product, you can
comfortably be assured that these are not factory flaws and your product is not
returnable based on these characteristics. Leather is perfectly imperfect. Embrace
the unique quality of your lovely leather product.
27. Exchanges
If your product is in the exact condition as they were received and you wish to
exchange it, a fee of R100 will be imposed.. Unfortunately, NO exchanges will be
accepted for shoes that were worn. Kindly consider that all products to be
exchanged must be in their original packaging. Should any returned products be
damaged as a result of not packaging the product in a way that it is fully protected,
Baruch will not be responsible for performing the exchange or carry the cost of the
exchange and/or refund. Request for exchange must be placed withing 30 days from
the date your order is processed. International exchanges will be quoted separately.

KINDLY COMPREHEND THAT ANY ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE, ARE NOT
RETURNABLE, EXCHANGABLE OR REFUNDABLE.
28. Refunds
Refunds will be compensated as soon as Baruch has received the product in mint
condition.
Unfortunately, NO refunds on products will be accepted for shoes that were worn.
Kindly consider that all products to be refunded on must be in their original
packaging. Should any returned products be damaged as a result of not packaging
the product in a way that it is fully protected, Baruch will not be responsible for
performing the exchange/refund or carry the cost of the exchange and/or refund.
Request for refund must be placed withing 30 (thirty) days from the date your order
is processed. Should you wish to refund your Baruch product, you are welcome to

KINDLY COMPREHEND THAT GIFT VOUCHERS MAY NOT BE REFUNDED.
29. Warranties
Baruch is gratified by the workmanship of our products, have trust and take pride in
the materials we use as well as the craft thereof. Should there however be a factory
fault, Baruch will gladly repair your product at our expenses.
In the unlikely event that your product may not be fixable, Baruch will exchange or
refund you of that product. Kindly note that the warranty of your product is valid for a
period of 6 (six) months from the day your order is processed. Physically impaired
products as a consequence of abrasion or “wear and tear” will not be deemed
returnable, refundable or exchangeable.
Baruch must be informed of any factory defects, inquiries or problems with regards
to the product no later than 3 (three) days after customer has received the product.
